Party time!

It's the other half of Collecting Asylum's birthday this week. Friday to be exact. Allan will finally be 21, and then I'll follow not long after (2 months (minus 10 days) after, actually). We are having a group of friends over on the Saturday to celebrate, drink and play some games.

I've been trying to think of things to do, and have been struggling.

Until now.

I've managed to come up with a couple of ideas, and I am going to list all of the things here, since most of the friends that are coming probably won't read this beforehand (if they do at all, since they see the stuff firsthand, and have to listen to me IRL!) and so I don't forget.

If you see anything that you think should be changed, or have any other good ideas - feel free to chime in!

Jello Shots.

- I am going to make Jello shots, and plan on arranging them in some form of games logo (or maybe Tetris shapes?) in the kitchen. There won't be a lot of them as I am just using up the remainder of our current bottle of vodka.
- Requirements: Jelly mix, vodka,

Card Games.

- The usual staple of a drinking night in ours. Games like go fish, etc. I'm buying an actual set of playing cards this time as it really grinds my gears to use the Fable III or Assassin's Creed cards around alcohol. *shudder*
- Requirements: Various alcohol, playing cards, shot glasses.

- There are going to be more of us than what we have on a usual booze night, so a tournament will work better. Games where one vs one battles can be played are necessary. Might ask around for spare Wii controllers for a game of Mario Kart.
- Requirements: Alcohol, Mario Kart, Halo, Mortal Kombat, Soul Calibur, Injustice, etc. NOT FIFA.

- Baking a cake for Allan's birthday, well... baking it on his birthday for the party, since there'd only be me, him and AJ to eat it on the day. Making a DBZ cake. Decided against the bigger cake as it'd cost too much money to attempt, and it could go horribly wrong. Plus would take much longer.
- Requirements: Ingredients, already got them though.

- Party food never gets eaten, so leaning towards the idea of everyone just chipping in for a takeaway, but obviously that's dependent on if everyone has money, etc. If not, then I'll just have to break out whatever is in the freezer. Bought mozzarella sticks anyway, as they always go down well (they practically start fights).
- Requirements: Money!

Not really sure about anything else. Any ideas?

Asylum Reviews: Neversong [Xbox One].

Atmos Games’ Neversong, formally known as Once Upon a Coma is a fantastic little title. You play as a young boy called Peet, who awakes...
